The presence of Porsche will hold additional significance as it is the brand's 70th anniversary. Over 400 of the German marque's vehicles will be on show, and will be the centrepiece of proceedings.
With permission from the Duke of Marlborough, whose estate covers the breadths of Blenheim Palace, Porsche owners will be allowed to drive their cars along a separate route to the rest of the concours, taking in a tree-lined avenue before winding around ‘Capability Brown’ lake and going over the famous Vanbrugh Bridge. Registration is still open for Porsche owners, which can be done via Blenheim's website.
The competitive element of the event is also open to Porsche owners, with the Pirelli Prestige & Performance Competition encompassing eight categories and 80 cars. There is still time to enter by visiting the Blenheim website here.
Some of the cars entered are fresh off the production line, including the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring, McLaren 570 GT MSO, Bugatti Chiron and the Vanda Dendrobium electric hypercar, which has been worked on in conjunction with Williams Advanced Engineering. Awards are presented within each category of the competition, as well as an overall Pirelli Award winner and the People’s Choice.
Looking to attend? Tickets, which include access to the surrounding park and gardens, start at £21 for an adult and £10 for a child under the age of 16, with children under to the age of five are free.
Alternatively, you can win a free pair in Blenheim's competition, exclusively for readers of AutoClassics. Simply visit Blenheim Palace Classic & Supercar's contest page to enter their prize draw!
