Land Rover Legends tickets on sale now!
Tickets are now available for the Bicester Heritage Land Rover Legends show – here's what to look forward to with a sneak preview
The Land Rover Legends show, taking place at Bicester Heritage on May 26 and 27, officially opened the floodgates for ticket sales yesterday evening. If you are quick enough, there are early bird specials also available – these are strictly limited and the offer ends on February 28.
Following on from the show’s announcement in December, the Bicester Heritage Land Rover event has gathered remarkable pace and support. The concept of a unique Land Rover show held within a fascinating location and dedicating itself to the attention and delight of collectors, preservationists, restorers and enthusiasts seems too much to ignore. There is strong potential for growth that could see the event sprout into the Land Rover scene’s most popular show.
Debuting to mark the milestone 70th anniversary of the marque, Land Rover Legends has already enjoyed a positive response from the brand’s international community, with an impressive rally of support, vehicles and partnerships enhancing the expectations of what can only be described as a remarkable first show.
Special features confirmed for the event include a vehicle parade and various live stage events hosted by serial Land Rover nut Mark Evans. There will also be awards handed out for the inaugural Land Rover Legends National Awards, recognising, amongst others:
- Most Original Vehicle
- Best Restored Vehicle
- Best Bespoke Vehicle
- Best Land Rover Club Display
Several clubs are confirmed to be attending, with bespoke and exceptional displays amid demonstrations and product showcasing. Bring your wallet or purse – the items and food on offer will be second to none.
However, the star of the show will always be the vehicles, Britain’s answer to the Willys Jeep. The very best examples of the best 4x4xfar will be out to play, from highly original vehicles to renovated and restored examples of the iconic vehicle.
Ultra-rare and largely unique prototypes and pre-production models will also be on display, alongside tailored conversions, military specials and everything in between. From 1948 right through to 2018, you’ll find it here.
Any Land Rover attending the show is invited to join in, with a dedicated parking area for anyone stylish enough to rock up in one of Solihull’s finest.
