Look out for James Bond’s iconic Aston Martins in London this Friday!
Seven iconic Aston Martins from James Bond films will be in London this Friday to mark Global James Bond Day. Will you be able to spot them all?
James Bond and Aston Martin are not only two famous British exports in themselves, they are synonymous with each other with Bond driving Aston Martins in 11 of the films.
“Global James Bond Day” takes place this Friday and to celebrate no fewer than seven Aston Martins from the long-running 007 film franchise will be in London for fans to spot.
Four iconic Aston Martins from the Bond films – the DB10, V8 Vantage, DB5 and DBS – will be driving through central London throughout the day passing major landmarks and Bond film locations.

In addition the Vanquish from the 2002 Bond film Die Another Day, complete with bonnet mounted guns, will be on display at Aston Martin Park Lane while at nearby Aston Martin Works’ heritage showroom on Dover Street you will find the battle-scarred DBS from Quantum of Solace in 2008.
Also if you visit the Bond in Motion exhibition at the London Film Museum you will see the DBS from the 2006 film Casino Royale parked outside. And the exhibition itself contains the largest official collection of original James Bond vehicles.
‘The connection between James Bond and Aston Martin reaches back through the decades so we are delighted to be supporting Global James Bond Day 2018,’ said Aston Martin vice-president and chief marketing officer Simon Sproule. ‘London is the home of 007 and fans should be on the lookout for some of the most exciting cars used by James Bond this Friday October 5.’
Hints and tips will be posted throughout the day on the @astonmartin and @007 social media channels giving clues on the location of the cars, which will all bear decals to show they are Global James Bond Day cars. Photographs from the day should be posted on all social media channels, using the hashtags #JamesBondDay and #BondInMotion.
