ERS announced as London Classic Car Show partner
Specialist firm ERS are to become the London Classic Car Show insurance partner, with TV's Jonny Smith on hand for expert advice
The organisers of the London Classic Car Show, taking place on February 15-18, have announced a new partnership with specialist classic car insurance firm ERS.
Providing specialist cover for more than 70 years, the company’s rich heritage has landed it the prestigious title as the Classic Car Insurance Partner for the London event. One of the largest shows on the calendar, more than 40,000 enthusiasts, owners, collectors and market experts descend upon the ocean of expensive metal and lavish style.
ERS is also sponsoring the prestigious Grand Avenue VIP area, where a team of expert underwriters will be working alongside specialist insurance brokers A-Plan Private Clients and Grove & Dean, to provide live classic and prestige motor insurance quotes to visitors throughout the show.
In a first for the London Classic Car Show, live insurance quoting will give owners and enthusiasts the opportunity to discover a custom quote tailored to their specific needs – before the spring season gets underway.
‘We are thrilled to be involved with this year’s London Classic Car Show and to be working with A-Plan Private Clients and Grove & Dean to bring a new dimension to the event,' explained Tom Donachie, head of bespoke underwriting at ERS.
‘Being able to provide live insurance quotes for visitors is a very exciting prospect and we can’t wait to see what incredible cars we get the chance to underwrite.’
- Tom Donachie
Motoring broadcaster and serial car anorak Jonny Smith will also be joining ERS throughout the show, where he will be available to give ERS guests exclusive access to his expertise and insight on burning motoring questions.
Those attending the 2018 London Classic Car Show can take full advantage of significant discounts on offer when booking in advance. You can purchase adult admission for £25 through the website, but they are £30 on the door. A range of Premium and Family Tickets are also available online.
