Bremont, founded in 2002 by Nick and Giles English, holds a mantra adopted by Bicester Heritage – a passion for all things mechanical. The brothers developed their enthusiasm from their father’s eagerness towards workmanship and design, Dr Euan English – tragically killed in a plane crash when practising for an air display in their World War II Harvard.
Renowned for crafting luxury chronometers and reinvigorating the nation’s horological heritage, the firm also builds special edition timepieces for serving or former members of the armed forces.
These watches are only made available to those who have flown in, served on or are connected to a particular warship or aircraft.
Giles English, co-founder of Bremont commented: ‘It is a real privilege working with partners such as Bicester Heritage who celebrate so much of what we’re passionate about at Bremont.
‘Bicester Heritage have done an amazing job at restoring such an important historic British location that really resonates with us due to its significant military heritage and as a centre of excellence for classic motoring. Both Nick and I are very excited to be a part of it.’
Dan Geoghegan, managing director of Bicester Heritage, added: ‘Bremont has established itself as the watch company of choice for craftsmanship and passion, values that precisely match our own. With a love for motoring and flying, the partnership could not be better.’
Tickets for the upcoming Sunday Scramble can be purchased here.
