Get ready to put these dates in your diaries, because you won’t want to miss two of the automotive highlights of the year. The Goodwood Festival of Speed will take place on 4th - 7th July 2019 and the Revival 13th - 15th September 2019. Have you written that down? Good.
The Festival of Speed celebrates all things automotive with legendary machinery in attendance as well as manufacturers using the event to make global debuts of new models. Better than a motor show, visitors can experience these star cars in motion as they race up the Duke of Richmond’s driveway. It’s a rare opportunity to see, hear, and even smell some of the greatest machines to ever grace asphalt.
The Goodwood Revival is just as prestigious with the whole event turning back the clock of history. You could almost believe you traveled back in time with vintage vehicles in as-new condition racing around the historic circuit.
Everyone makes an effort to dress in period clothing to complete the transformation of Goodwood. There’s plenty to see and do on and off track. As well as the racing, things such as a fashion show, boutique shops, and live music can be enjoyed.
You can get your hands on tickets when they go on sale 5th November 2018.
