Bicester Heritage will open its gates to an estimated 5000 visitors this Sunday – here's how you can take part
Bicester Heritage is opening its gates to the public for the first Sunday Scramble during Drive It Day on Sunday 22 April.
An estimated 5000 visitors are expected to attend the anticipated event, at the former RAF base, highlighting the mantra of 'Drive It Day' itself - a national scheme devised by the FBHVC to encourage the enjoyment and continued use of the country's historic vehicles.

An open invitation for any classic car owner to get out and drive, with the aim of raising awareness nationwide for the great British love of historic motoring and industry, Drive It Day has proven to be a huge success in previous years.
Alongside veteran, vintage and battle-hardened racing cars taking to the Bicester tarmac, a number of vintage aircraft will be present - including 'Finest Hour Experiences' and its Tiger Moth RAF training plane set to offer visitors the opportunity to see the show from the air.
The specialist businesses of Bicester Heritage will also be opening its doors and offering the chance to see the latest projects and ever-changing stock up close. From interior fabric specialists to rally team headquarters, there will be something from every spectrum of classic car restoration.
This April the Motor Transport yard will be full for the first time, with the unveiling of Sports Purpose and Robert Glover Ltd's new showrooms. The Wriggly Monkey Brewery will have its first 'permanent ale' ready to sample. You can even win a cask of 'Full Tilt'!
