#s match, original born with driveline. Very well documented. It underwent a meticulous body off frame on a rotisserie restoration. Original paperwork Includes protect-o-plate, invoice, order form, stock # decal and maintenance receipts by the original dealer. I could have paid less and bought a different Camaro, but if you appreciate true quality, and fantastic features like I do then you will agree this RS/SS is worth every penny!
EXTERIOR: Certainly show quality. I'll go as far as saying it's better than it was when it was new. The paint is literally block sanded and polished to a mirror finish. There's no ripples or waves, you could read a book in it's reflection. The hockey stick stripe is painted to correct dimensions. It even has all new glass with the correct markings. All of the weather strips, window fuzzies and gaskets are replaced. All of the chrome and trim was replaced including stainless moldings, emblems etc. Even the remote mirror looks new. Features include the Rally Sport hideaway lights, relocated reverse lights, NO ugly vinyl top, spoilers and exterior trim group. It also has reproduction Wide Oval tires with new SS wheels.
INTERIOR: It is all restored and it features the deluxe package which includes premium material on the seats, molded armrest door panels and rosewood trim across the dash and console. It also features the full gauge package with tachometer, gauges in the console and a clock. Everything looks beautiful to me. The heater controls are sparkling, console's real nice, cushions feel new. It still has an original AM radio. Interior lights work.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wow I'm looking at a brand new 1969 Camaro. It is factory correct down to be right fuel filter, smog equipment, Delco battery topper, spring clamp cables, GM hoses and clamps. The manifolds, valve covers, air cleaner are stock. Everything is detailed like brand new using proper finishes. The motor has a fresh Chevy orange paint. There are assembly stamps on the firewall, under hood insulation, washer bottle etc. The vacuum system for the hidden headlights looks to be all new. Has power brakes. The 350 motor is vin # matching to this car. The vin is stamped by the oil filter and is virtually impossible to tamper with. It runs awesome, hearing it is what really made up my mind that I wanted it.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: One of the nicest trunk compartments I've seen. The spatter finish paint was sprayed with a gun and looks factory, it is very durable. Has a rubber mat that fits really well. The spare tire and rim are new and matches what's on the car. New correct jack. The bottom of the trunk lid and jamb are painted slick, has new weather strip.
UNDERSIDE: It is like I went back to 1969 and am looking under a brand new Camaro. It is detailed to factory specs. The metal is spotless. All smooth satin black. The front suspension is completely rebuilt, proper finishes were used. Has all new correct disc brakes in front. Bottom of the motor is immaculate, Chevy orange overspray was correctly applied to the bell housing. New starter. The vin on the engine is stamped near the oil filter in a location that is virtually impossible to tamper with. The 4-speed Muncie is vin # matched to this car. Driveshaft has assembly line markings. The rear end is original code BS 3.31 posi. New fuel tank. Rear suspension is restored. It has correct spiral shocks front and back. New correct exhaust system with transverse muffler. All new brake system including e-brake and brake lines. It's nice!
This is the real deal with genuine documentation and born with driveline. That is hard to find in a Camaro, especially with such desirable equipment.
